OUR PROCESS
Third Branch PAC utilizes a structured, nonpartisan evaluation process designed to assess judicial candidates fairly, thoroughly, and objectively.

Judicial candidates seeking a Third Branch PAC recommendation must complete a comprehensive judicial questionnaire by the established deadline. The questionnaire collects detailed information regarding each candidate’s legal background, professional experience, judicial philosophy, and approach to the rule of law.

Following submission, candidates participate in an in-person or virtual interview with a panel of Third Branch PAC members. Interview panels include members of differing political affiliations to ensure a balanced and nonpartisan review.
Candidates are evaluated using consistent criteria, including legal competence, experience, expertise, judicial demeanor, work ethic, and adherence to existing law. No consideration is given to partisan affiliation, political ideology, or policy positions.

After completion of all interviews, Third Branch PAC deliberates and issues recommendations based solely on merit and qualifications. Final recommendations are announced following the conclusion of the review period.
