Third Branch PAC is a nonpartisan political action committee dedicated to supporting and electing fair, competent, and diligent judges who demonstrate legal expertise, impartial judicial temperament, and a steadfast commitment to upholding the rule of law.

Our recommendations are based on a rigorous and transparent evaluation process. Judicial candidates are assessed on core qualifications including competence, experience, legal expertise, judicial demeanor, work ethic, and adherence to existing law. Candidates seeking a Third Branch PAC recommendation must complete a comprehensive judicial questionnaire and participate in an in-depth interview process.

Third Branch PAC is composed of interviewers from diverse political backgrounds, reflecting our commitment to nonpartisan and objective review. Our sole focus is judicial excellence. We do not advocate policy positions or political ideology. Instead, we prioritize integrity, professionalism, and respect for the law.
